Qualifications

Active Washington State MD/DO license (or ability to obtain)

Board Certified or Board Eligible

Primary Care experience preferred

Strong communication skills and a collaborative leadership style

Key Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive primary care in a rural clinic setting

Average 15 patients per day

Partner with multidisciplinary teams to improve population health

Support chronic disease management and patient education

Work collaboratively with the Clinical Manager and leadership team

Participate in onboarding and oversight of new staff or students

Contribute to an integrated care model that includes

Behavioral Health

Dental Services
