Julison Sell Search Team, a Washington-based healthcare recruitment firm, is partnering with a trusted rural health system to hire a Family Practice Advanced Practice Provider (PA‑C or ARNP) committed to high-quality, relationship-driven care. This is an excellent opportunity for an APP who values whole‑person care, strong clinic teamwork, and the impact of rural medicine. You’ll work closely with a supportive Clinic Director, medical staff, and a multidisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive care across the lifespan.

Qualifications
Active Washington State license as:
Physician Assistant (PA‑C) or
Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner (ARNP)
Board Certified or Board Eligible
Primary Care or Family Practice experience preferred
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Key Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive primary care across the lifespan
Average 15 patients per day
Conduct assessments, diagnosis, treatment planning, and preventive care
Support patient education related to chronic disease and lifestyle changes
Collaborate with medical, nursing, behavioral health, and dental teams
Participate in population health initiatives
Provide oversight for new employees or students in partnership with the Clinic Director
Contribute to an integrated model that includes behavioral health and dental services
