What You'll Do:
Advocate for clients in divorce, child custody, modifications, enforcements, and more.
Handle contested hearings, mediations, and negotiations.
Prepare persuasive legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and orders.
Build strong relationships with clients, courts, and opposing counsel.
Develop case strategies alongside a talented legal team.
What You Bring to the Table:
2-5 years of family law experience.
Confidence in the courtroom, particularly in contested matters.
Exceptional communication skills—both written and verbal.
A talent for multitasking and managing cases efficiently.
Empathy and interpersonal skills to support clients during sensitive times.
Familiarity with the Denton County court (preferred).
Proficiency with legal research software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Education & Qualifications:
Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
Licensed to practice law in Texas and in good standing with the Texas State Bar.
Interest in or experience in family law and courtroom litigation.
