Family Assistant

Schedule:

Monday-Friday, 5:00 AM-10:00 AM (25 hours per week)

Position Overview:

Joanna's Nannies is seeking a reliable, and proactive Family Assistant to support a San Francisco Family during the early morning hours. This role focuses on meal preparation and general household support to help the family start each day smoothly. The ideal candidate is organized, efficient, and comfortable working independently.

Daily Responsibilities:

Arrive at 5:00 AM and begin child care morning routine for the 1 year old baby

Full time nanny arrives at 8am and position will require family assistant tasks such as:

Meal prep and kitchen organization

Grocery shopping using a provided list

Basic household upkeep, including laundry, dishwasher, tidying common areas, vacuuming as needed

Pet care

Household errands as needed

Qualifications:

Experience with meal prep, cooking, or household management preferred

Familiarity with age-appropriate activities for toddlers is a plus

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

Trustworthy, dependable, and detail-oriented

Comfortable around pets

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for errands and grocery shopping
