Achievements and stimulating challenges:

As part of your duties, you will have the chance to meet the leaders in the field of simulation and to work with tools on the cutting edge of technology. Your external customers will be manufacturers, engineering companies, electricity producers (such as Hydro-Québec / CENACE) and transmission and distribution network operators.

As an FAE, you will do commissioning, integration, customer support and customer training.

Our team of application engineers has good technical knowledge as well as very good communication and problem solving skills. These are the skills they are looking for in their future colleague.

You would work approximately 85% of the time remotely and you will be called upon to travel approximately 15% to our customers in Latin America and possibly the United States of America.

Main Duties:

To provide support for our electronic products and software;

To do customer commissioning and trainings;

To integrate our products to customers;

To do some internal testing. 

Requirements:

Education: Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering (preferably), software engineering, or mechanical engineering;

Experience: 1 to 3 years of relevant experience (we consider your internships experiences relevant);

Required knowledge: MATLAB / Simulink;

Language abilities:  English spoken fluently - Spanish and Portuguese are a major plus;

Required skills: passion for problem solving; love challenges and good ability to work under pressure; excel in interpersonal relations and / or customer service.

Significant assets:

Experience and / or interest in the Energy or Aerospace or Automotive industry;

Experience in software development (Python, C ++);

Knowledge of communication protocols;

Experience in FPGA and VHDL programming.
