As a Factory Manager, you will be tasked with leading the charge in our daily operations. Job Purpose
The purpose of this role is to maximize productivity while maintaining a high level of quality and safety. You will manage both people and processes, introducing optimization strategies where necessary. As the Factory Manager, you'll uphold the quality of our products, guarantee safety and compliance, and navigate the complexities of supply chain management.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Overseeing daily operations to ensure everything runs smoothly and efficiently
• Achieving production targets in line with the company's goals
• Managing staff, including task delegation, problem-solving, and conflict resolution
• Optimizing production processes based on data analysis
• Maintaining a high standard of product quality through stringent quality control measures
