• Be responsible for HVAC system (AHU, split A/C, constant T/H unit, water pump, heat pump, exhaust unit etc), media system (Nitrogen, compressed air, vaccum, chilled water, DI water), Power system (UPS, EPS, DDC system, electrical panel), fire fighting, security system (CCTV, Access, infra) and other building infrastructures including repair, maintenance, installation, troubling shooting, emergency, etc. 负责HVAC系统 (中央空调设备、分体式空调、恒温恒湿机组、水泵、热泵、排风单元)，能源系统（氮气、压缩空气、真空、冷冻水、纯水），电力系统（UPS、EPS、DDC 系统、电柜等）、消防系统、安防系统（CCTV、门禁、周界等）以及其他基础设施的维修、保养、安装、问题解决、应急等
• Daily check and record facility equipment according to work instruction; 根据操作指导进行日常检查并记录设施设备的状况
• Coordinate with maintenance supplier to conduct preventive maintenance for related facility equipment with high quality according to schedule and scope; 协调维保供应商对相关设施设备进行高质量的定期保养
• Supervise supplier and outsourcing on site while project implement according to request; support production line renovation and expansion; 按照要求对项目进行现场监管供应商执行情况及生产线改、扩建项目等的支持
• Make sure facility system in right function. 确保厂房设施系统具有完好的功能
• Facility repair, renovation and installation according to end user requisition and BOSCH standard in time; 根据客户需求及BOSCH标准在规定的时间内完成设施维修、改造及安装工作
• Feedback and record service hot line; Take actions after any requisition from hot line. 接听并记录服务热线并根据服务需求采取行动
• Troubleshooting for some simple problems of facility equipment; Can take right reaction immediately while emergency according to procedure and work instruction; Weekly report and analysis about repair and installation;能解决设施设备的简单和初始问题；根据相关程序和指导迅速采取正确的应急反应措施；每周准备报告并分析修理及安装情况
• Make sure no safety issue and oher complaint during project implementation; improve the satisfaction of end user; 项目监管中没有安全事故及其他事故发生；提高客户满意度
• Take cost saving and system utilization maximization for the target, plan reasonably for all system; 以降低成本和系统利用率最大化为目标，合理规划系统；
• Other related work assigned by engineer and manger; 工程师或经理安排的其他相关任务

 

 

M&E background from technical  school or higher; 技术学校或以上的机电专业学历

At least 3 years of experience in facility operation, repair & installation with a manufacturing background; 3年以上的工业制造场景设施运行、安装、修理及改造经验；

Familiar with building facility; 熟悉厂房等设施

Basic knowledge of Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing; 机械、电气和给排水基本知识

Familiar with HVAC system；熟悉HVAC系统

High voltage & Low voltage operation certification; 具有高低压操作维修资格；

Enable to work in shifts is desirable; 能轮班工作优先考虑
