YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Hands-on maintenance: You take care of the entire infrastructure of the production hall - fire protection, power supply, doors, sanitary facilities and much more.
• Safety and fire protection management: You ensure that our safety and fire protection requirements are implemented pragmatically and efficiently.
• Coordination & communication: You are the interface to tradespeople, suppliers and internal teams - making phone calls and sorting things out directly is no problem for you.
• Documentation & organization: In addition to the practical work, you keep occupational safety documents, operating instructions and maintenance plans up to date.
• Shaping the future: You support the development of a new location - here you can contribute your ideas and really help shape it!

YOUR PROFILE:
• Technical know-how: You have practical training (e.g. facility manager, workshop manager, building technician or a comparable qualification).
• First professional experience: You have already worked as a hall supervisor, maintenance technician or janitor - perhaps in a university workshop or on a large company site.
• Hands-on mentality: You like to tackle things yourself, but are also prepared to pull the strings at your desk.
• Safety awareness with pragmatism: Occupational safety is important to you, but you find smart, practicable solutions.
• Motivation & drive: You don't just want to maintain, you want to improve - creativity and assertiveness are required!
• Languages: You have an excellent command of German and English
