Job Description

Deine Aufgaben:
• Verantwortung für operativen Betrieb und Instandhaltung mehrerer Standorte
• Optimierung von Facility-Management-Prozessen unter Einhaltung konzernweiter Vorgaben
• Koordination und Steuerung externer Dienstleister, Vermieter und Partner
• Verhandlung und Management von Verträgen im Facility-Umfeld
• Abstimmung mit internen Fachbereichen zur Umsetzung von Standortanforderungen
• Sicherstellung der Einhaltung gesetzlicher Vorgaben im Bau-, Arbeits- und Umweltschutz
• Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Nachhaltigkeits- und Umweltstrategien
• Planung, Steuerung und Überwachung von Budgets im Facility Management
• Durchführung von Kostenoptimierungen und Reporting an zentrale Einheiten

Dein Profil:
• Abschluss im Facility Management, Bauingenieurwesen oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
• Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Facility Management, idealerweise im Multi-Site-Umfeld
• Kenntnisse in Bauvorschriften sowie Arbeits- und Gesundheitsschutz
• Erfahrung in internationalen Unternehmensstrukturen
• Kompetenz im Stakeholder-Management und Schnittstellenkoordination
• Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
• Zusätzliche Sprachkenntnisse von Vorteil
