Facility Management Officer (m/f/d)

(full-time 38.5h/week, 1-year limited contract)

Your Tasks:

Independent and responsible execution of minor maintenance and repair work in and around the building

Performing painting, renovation, and touch-up work

Conducting regular inspections to ensure safety, and order on campus

Organization, supervision, and execution of cross-trade technical and infrastructural tasks

Monitoring of operational, malfunction, and hazard notifications and initiating appropriate measures if necessary

Confident handling of building management systems

Your Profile:

Completed vocational training in a technical or trade profession (e.g., painter, building services technician, carpenter) or comparable experience

Several years of professional experience in facility management or building maintenance

Strong practical skills, technical understanding, and attention to detail

Independent, reliable, and responsible way of working

Good English and German skills
