The Facility Management Lead at Nawy Real Estate is responsible for the oversight and management of all facilities-related activities, ensuring that the built environment supports the organization's operational objectives. This role focuses on maintaining a safe, efficient, and sustainable facility that meets the needs of tenants and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement facility management strategies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency.
• Oversee building maintenance, repairs, and routine inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.
• Coordinate and manage facility upgrades, renovations, and improvement projects from conception to completion.
• Ensure that all facility services, including janitorial, landscaping, and security, are performed to a high standard.
• Manage relationships with vendors and contractors to ensure the delivery of quality services and timely response to maintenance requests.
• Monitor facility budgets, track expenditures, and optimize resource allocation.
• Conduct regular audits and assessments of facility operations to identify opportunities for improvement and cost savings.
• Ensure the implementation of health, safety, and environmental policies across all facilities.
• Act as the primary point of contact for all facility-related inquiries and concerns from tenants and staff.
Requirements:
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in facilities management or property management.
• Proven experience in managing teams and overseeing facility operations.
• Strong knowledge of building systems, maintenance best practices, and safety regulations.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder engagement.
• Ability to assess and manage budgets effectively.
