Siamo alla ricerca di un/una tirocinante da inserire nel nostro team di Facility Management presso la nostra sede di Milano. Entrerai a far parte di una realtà dinamica e in continua evoluzione, dove avrai l'opportunità di imparare sul campo e dare il tuo contributo ai progetti in corso.

La tua missione: come parte del team, supporterai i Facility Specialist nella gestione delle infrastrutture e dei servizi del nostro building.

Le tue attività principali:

• Supporto alla gestione operativa: supervisione e coordinamento delle attività di gestione / manutenzione relative al building e ai servizi connessi svolte dai fornitori esterni.
• Partecipazione a progetti: contributo attivo e proattivo ai progetti innovativi in ambito Real Estate e Security.
• Analisi e reporting: attività di analisi dei dati, monitoraggio costi, preparazione report e presentazioni.

• Formazione: Laureato preferibilmente in Ingegneria Gestionale, Civile, Edile, Architettura o discipline affini.
• Competenze tecniche: Ottima padronanza del pacchetto Office, in particolare di Excel e PowerPoint
• Soft Skills:• Approccio propositivo e problem-solving: non ti fermi di fronte alle difficoltà, ma cerchi proattivamente soluzioni nuove e creative.
• Capacità analitiche: sai leggere i dati e trasformarli / elaborarli in informazioni utili.
• Organizzazione del lavoro: sai gestire le tue attività, valutando le priorità e sai lavorare con precisione e attenzione ai dettagli.

• Lingue: Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese.

Durata: stage full-time di 6 mesi, attivabile sia come curriculare sia come extracurriculare

Gli stage prevedono un rimborso spese presso Bosch Italia. A seconda del livello di istruzione, è previsto un rimborso di 700/900 euro lordi al mese.
