Daily Tasks:

• Process and record incoming invoices
• Maintain invoice master list and recap monthly costs
• Update access card and ID card records as needed
• Coordinate sim card requests and system access for new employees
• Provide general support to the FCM team and assist employee needs

Weekly:

• Inspect and restock First Aid Box in the pantry

Monthly:

• Conduct stock opname and place orders for stationery and pantry supplies
• Request and manage Telkomsel billing
• Collect and submit attendance sheets for office staff and drivers to respective agencies
• Update maintenance schedules and inspect safety equipment (fire extinguishers, smoke detectors, emergency exits)

• University student from any major with no classes left to attend
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic office software
• Ability to manage multiple administrative tasks and deadlines
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in general office administration or support roles is an advantage

• Full-time paid internship
• For July-December period
• Open for COLLEGE STUDENTS ONLY (will not graduate during the internship program)
