The Facility Executive (Soft Services) is responsible for supporting day-to-day facility operations, with a strong focus on soft services, vendor coordination, and compliance. The role ensures smooth functioning of building services through effective monitoring, reporting, and coordination with internal teams and external service providers.
Requirements:
Key Responsibilities
• Support daily facility operations covering housekeeping, security, front office, and general maintenance services.
• Assist in managing utility-related soft services such as water management, parking operations, waste management, and landscaping.
• Monitor service delivery and performance of vendors, including housekeeping, security, and maintenance agencies.
• Conduct regular facility inspections to proactively identify issues and ensure timely resolution.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and vendors to address service requests and operational concerns.
• Maintain accurate records related to soft services, including registers, checklists, maintenance logs, and incident reports.
• Assist in tracking AMC schedules and ensure timely servicing and upkeep of equipment.
• Support the operations team in preparing MIS reports, daily operational updates, and vendor performance reports.
• Assist during emergency situations and support implementation of EHS guidelines and safety protocols.
• Manage inventory of consumables, housekeeping materials, and stationery.
• Ensure adherence to health, safety, and facility management standards and policies.
