All'interno della funzione Acquisti, Facility & Building Management, la risorsa avrà la possibilità di: 

• gestire le prenotazioni delle sale riunioni e delle postazioni; 

• occuparsi degli allestimenti delle sale; 

• svolgere attività di segreteria generale e gestire le trasferte; 

• occuparsi dell’accoglienza degli ospiti/colleghi e dei fornitori, per permettere di poter effettuare i sopralluoghi o le attività di manutenzione; 

• gestire e distribuire materiale di cancelleria e attività office, come spedizioni e pony; 

• archiviare la documentazione (rapportini di manutenzione, fatture, contratti fornitori).
