What You’re Accountable for, Day In and Day Out:
Maintain a clean, organized warehouse, office areas, restrooms, and common spaces
Sweep, mop, and maintain floors using appropriate cleaning equipment
Complete light maintenance tasks such as minor repairs and replacing light bulbs
Monitor facility conditions and proactively report safety or repair concerns
Perform preventative maintenance on equipment and machinery as needed
Organize and maintain cleaning supplies, tools, and storage areas
Support general warehouse and facility needs as assigned
Follow safety policies and procedures without exception
Keep the environment safe, functional, and ready for daily operations
This is a hands-on role in a warehouse setting. You’ll be on your feet, moving, lifting, bending, and staying active throughout your shift.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 1 year of experience in facilities, custodial, maintenance, or warehouse support
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and safety
Comfortable lifting 50+ lbs. as needed
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
Reliable attendance and punctuality
Must pass pre-employment background check and drug screen

***Location Notice: This position is currently based in Solon, Ohio. Due to company growth, we are evaluating a potential relocation to Middlefield, Ohio. If the relocation occurs, this role would transition to the Middlefield location. Candidates should be comfortable with the possibility of working in Middlefield in the future.
