Position Title: Facilities Support Associate

Schedule: Part-Time · 10 Hours/Week · In-Person

Overview

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Facilities Support Associate to help keep our medical and corporate office environments clean, safe, and well-maintained. This position supports the Facility Manager by completing weekly janitorial tasks, performing routine facility inspections, and ensuring office supplies and inventory remain organized and up to date. This is an ideal role for someone who takes pride in creating clean, functional workspaces and enjoys independent, structured work.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform weekly janitorial and housekeeping duties across medical and corporate office locations.
• Conduct weekly walk-through inspections and document any maintenance issues (e.g., broken fixtures, damaged furniture, safety concerns, items needing replacement).
• Support the Facility Manager in maintaining clean, organized, and presentable work areas.
• Create, update, and maintain office-specific inventory lists for furniture, cleaning products, and office supplies.
• Monitor supply levels and promptly report restocking needs to the Facility Manager.
• Assist with minor facility tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in janitorial, housekeeping, or general facility maintenance preferred.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to document findings clearly and accurately.
• Able to work independently while maintaining consistent communication with the Facility Manager.
• Comfortable traveling between multiple office locations as needed.
• Dependable, organized, and proactive in identifying facility needs.
• Clean driving record required.
