Responsible for Facilities Services including: Landscaping, Pest Control, Housekeeping, Locksmith, Waste management, Scrap control and Space Management, ensuring they are executed according to project needs and complying with all applicable regulations, (NOM, NFPA, NEC, etc).

Facilities Services, certifying that the works are done with the expected quality and according to the approved project.

Facilities Services scope of work design, development and review for operational needs (production & administrative) according to current applicable regulations and standards.

Facilities Services Program development, implementation and follow up for all non-productive installations and equipment including, but not restricted to: Landscaping, Pest Control, Housekeeping, Locksmith, Waste management, Scrap control and Space Management, including periodically studies and certifications.

Project management overview and follow up according to the site needs, to deliver projects within time and budget according to appliable regulations and standards.

Soft Services related NOM´s compliance, cleaning administration, pest control, Scrap Management IMMEX Civil works, architecture, layout administration, Engineering, STPS regulations, supervising projects, contractors' management.

RB Regulations, STPS regulations, IMMEX, Ley Aduanera, Ley General para la Prevención y Gestión Integral de los Residuos (LGPGIR), Residuos de Manejo Especial (RME), Residuos Peligrosos (RP), Scrap Life Cycle, Scrap Destruction, management of destruction records, supplier audits, record data for value return from scrap and recyclables.
