The Operations Manager will be responsible for leading diverse operational teams to ensure efficiency, productivity, and alignment with company goals. This role demands strong leadership, strategic planning, and a results-driven approach to managing complex operations across multiple functions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage day-to-day operations to ensure smooth and efficient workflows across teams.
• Analyze operational data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align operations with business objectives.
• Oversee resource allocation and optimize processes for maximum productivity.
• Build, maintain, and manage effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders; proactively communicate priorities, risks, and progress; align expectations, and ensure needs are incorporated into planning and execution.
Team Leadership:
• Lead, mentor, and develop team members to achieve high levels of performance.
• Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Strategic Planning:
• Develop and execute long-term operational strategies to drive efficiency and scalability.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement initiatives to achieve targets.
• Identify and implement innovative solutions to enhance operational excellence.
Risk Management and Compliance:
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, standards, and company policies.
• Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies to minimize operational disruptions.
• Prepare for and manage emergency situations effectively.

Qualifications:
• You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates. Position not eligible for Intel immigration sponsorship.
Minimum Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in engineering in Manufacturing or Industrial related fields.
• 3+ years of experience managing teams.
• 5+ years of facilities or manufacturing operations management, preferably in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Fluent in English language (spoken and written)
Preferred Qualifications:
• Master's degree in engineering in Manufacturing or Industrial related fields.
• 5+ years of experience managing teams.
• 5+ years of experience in Industrial Control Systems
• 10+ years of facilities or manufacturing operations management, preferably in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
