WHOOP is hiring a Facilities Operations Associate to support the day-to-day operations of our Boston headquarters. This role is critical in ensuring a safe, efficient, and high-performing workplace environment that reflects WHOOP’s culture. As a member of the Facilities team, you will partner closely with the Workplace Experience team to deliver a seamless, high-quality in-office experience while supporting the operational needs of a growing organization.
RESPONSIBILITIES::
•
Support daily facilities operations, including managing incoming maintenance requests and assisting with ticket triage to ensure timely resolution
•
Assist with procurement and coordination of external vendors to maintain office functionality, cleanliness, and safety standards
•
Assist with arrangement of office furniture setups, internal and external event set-up, and meeting logistics to ensure smooth execution
•
Conduct routine walkthroughs to identify maintenance needs and support preventative upkeep efforts
•
Partner with cross-functional teams to address workplace needs and improve overall employee experience
•
Help maintain organized systems, documentation, and reporting related to facilities operations
QUALIFICATIONS::
•
1–3 years of experience in facilities, office operations, hospitality, or a related field
•
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously with follow-through until completion
•
Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate across internal and external teams
•
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, in-person environment
•
Available to work outside of core business hours when needed
•
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively across teams
•
Strong commitment to embracing and leveraging AI tools in day-to-day tasks, ensuring AI-assisted work aligns with the same high-quality standards as personal contributions
This role is based in the WHOOP office located in Boston, MA. The successful candidate must be prepared to relocate if necessary to work out of the Boston, MA office.

The U.S. base salary range for this full-time position is $[INSERT BASE SALARY RANGE]. Salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within each range, individual pay is based on factors such as job-related skills, experience, performance, and relevant education or training.
In addition to the base salary, the successful candidate will also receive benefits and a generous equity package.
These ranges may be modified in the future to reflect evolving market conditions and organizational needs. While most offers will typically fall toward the starting point of the range, total compensation will depend on the candidate’s specific qualifications, expertise, and alignment with the role’s requirements.
