Facilities Night Manager- Bilingual

City Wide Facility Solutions is seeking a Bilingual Facilities Night Manager to oversee and ensure the smooth operation of our night shift janitorial and maintenance services. This role requires effective communication, team leadership, and management skills to maintain high standards of service quality and client satisfaction during night hours.

• Manage and supervise night shift staff and independent contractors to ensure compliance with service standards.
• Conduct regular inspections of client facilities and address any issues promptly.
• Submit detailed nightly reports to management highlighting completed work, challenges, and client feedback.
• Maintain effective communication with both crew members and daytime management teams to coordinate operations.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and company policies.
• Support training and development efforts for night crew members.
• Handle client communications, addressing concerns or special requests in a professional and timely manner, utilizing bilingual skills.

Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 3 years of supervisory or management experience in janitorial or facility services.
• Fluent in English and Spanish (bilingual) with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong leadership and organizational abilities.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to conduct thorough inspections and manage multiple tasks.
• Proficient with basic computer applications including MS Office.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license.
• Ability to work night shifts and flexible schedules as needed.
