Facilities Maintenance Technician

Core Responsibilities:

• Preventative and Corrective Maintenance: repairs on walls, roofs, doors, flooring, plumbing, HVAC, general carpentry, electrical and playgrounds repairs

• Grounds and facility upkeep: sweeping, pressure washing. Cleaning dumpster enclosures

• Operational Support: inventory management, moving furniture, building furniture, installations.

• Completing reactive work orders in multiple locations

• Swag/consumables/literature/parts etc. pick up and distribution

• Help with events set up

• Labeling safety and building fixtures

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Driver’s license with clean record.

• Proficiency with hand tools and power tools.

• Ability to lift heavy loads (50+ pounds), stand for long periods, walking and climbing ladders.

• Problem solving skills with minimal oversight.

• Attention to detail, organizational skills, clear concise communication.

• Ability to use technology.

• Ability to prioritize tasks and plan ahead

• Ability to travel out of state locations

Work environment includes inside and outside and on roofs for HVAC work. There is opportunity for advancement.

Salary: Pay range based on experience
