NBCUniversal is looking for a Facilities Information System Analyst! In this role, you will engage with all aspects for the NBCU Enterprise Integrated Workplace Management System (IWMS) and related connected Information Systems.  The IWMS is a core technology platform for NBCU enabling workforce labor scheduling, space management, move management, inventory, asset management & purchasing functions. You will work closely with business units through the company documenting business processing, mapping system configurations and architect system data repositories to drive reporting for decision making and day to day operations.  

What You’ll Do:

• Lead the oversight, performance, and reliability of facilities information systems, ensuring they consistently support operational, maintenance, and space‑management requirements at a managerial level
• Manage the Enterprise IWMS Platform including all aspects of user permissions, levels of access and functionality.  Program, system test, and map system fields to ensure proper system function across all applications
• Work closely with the hosted solution provider to set requirements/expectations for system upgrades, customizations, error handling and utilization
• Train users on IWMS and work to optimize the experience for users across the portfolio
• Drive data, analytics and visualization efforts collecting client requests for reporting and analysis
• Utilize advanced user tools for database management; extract, transform and load exercises as needed to administer the system
• Design & implement Service Level Agreements within the IWMS supporting client requests to set and meet expectations for service delivery across business units
• Work with the Office Services space and move teams on system management
• Work with the Maintenance Repair & Operations (MRO) and Service Center teams supporting enterprise sites with maintenance management, asset management Inventory and Customer Service process execution
• Work with the NBCU Sustainability team on all things Facilities Sustainability Data and system integrations to carbon reporting tools
• Work with the NBCU Sustainability team on all things Facilities Sustainability Data.   Expect to enhance existing IWMS and other Facilities databases to capture sustainability data and automate system integrations to carbon reporting tools
• Meet with staff, vendors and stakeholders to drive utilization of the IWMS optimizing the user experience
• Closely work with NBCU IT on all Facilities Information System support, upgrade and adoption needs
• Create and implement standards, policy, best practices, and SOPs
• As this role evolves, additional responsibilities will be assigned

What You Must Have:

• 5+ years of demonstrated experience managing complex technology platforms
• 3+ years of experience supporting and navigating multiple Integrated Workplace Management Systems (IWMS)

What Would Make You a Stand-out:

• Familiarity with Archibus or other similar Integrated Workplace Management Systems such as Maximo, Service Now, IBM Tririga, etc.
• Demonstrated ability to map system fields for interface management
• Ability to quickly understand varying system configurations, data structures, and business workflows
• Proven analysis skills using Smart Client, excel, and other IT tools to manage the information system user environment.
• Ability to navigate through complex process requirements to produce efficient system configurations for operations
• Familiarity with Work Place & Facilities Operations desirable
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering or related field
• A passion for outstanding data quality and system efficiency

Additional Requirements:

• Required On-Site: This position is required to be performed full-time from an NBCUniversal-designated worksite.

This position is eligible for company sponsored benefits, including medical, dental and vision insurance, 401(k), paid leave, tuition reimbursement, and a variety of other discounts and perks.
