Purpose of Role/Summary:
The Facilities Housekeeper role is to support a clean, organized, and professional office environment. The goal of the role is to ensure a welcoming, hygienic, and well-maintained space for employees and guests. The Facilities Housekeeper is responsible for the routine upkeep of office areas, adherence to safety and hygiene standards, and the timely reporting of maintenance or supply needs. Attention to detail, reliability, and effective time management are essential to success in this role.
Main Activities and Responsibilities:
Perform daily cleaning of offices, meeting rooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas
Clean and sanitize all surfaces following company standards
Remove waste and maintain bins in accordance with hygiene standards
Replenish supplies including toiletries, paper products, and cleaning materials
Maintain cleanliness of furniture, fixtures, and equipment
Follow health, safety, and sanitation procedures
Safely handle and store cleaning chemicals and equipment
Identify and report maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards
Keep work areas tidy, organized, and presentable at all times
Support a clean, safe, and professional office environment
Required Skills & Experience
Experience in office or commercial cleaning preferred
Knowledge of cleaning procedures and safety standards
Strong attention to detail and high standards of cleanliness
Ability to follow instructions carefully and work cooperatively
Polite and professional in all interactions
Reliable with effective time management
Ability to work independently
Professional attitude and respect for confidentiality
Able to safely handle the physical demands of cleaning and maintenance tasks

Working hours are 10:00 – 19:00 Monday to Friday
