Job Description

Delta is seeking a Facilities and Computer Operations Site Infrastructure Chief to support the FLITE+ effort at Buckley Space Force Base. This position provides leadership for facilities, computer hardware, and site infrastructure supporting Missile Warning Integration and Test across operational locations within the FORGE environment.

Anticipated start date: 1 April 2026

What you'll be doing::
• Perform the role of Facilities and Computer Operations Site Infrastructure Chief for Missile Warning Integration and Test.
• Provide leadership and oversight for FORGE facilities, site infrastructure, and computer hardware at operational sites.
• Coordinate infrastructure-related activities supporting Missile Warning integration and test operations.
• Advise leadership on facilities and site infrastructure considerations impacting mission execution.
• Maintain thorough familiarity with associated technologies and technical programs that interface with Missile Warning systems.

What you'll need::
• Active TS/SCI security clearance.
• Bachelor’s degree in science or engineering with 6 years of relevant experience.
• Experience supporting Missile Warning systems, facilities, or site infrastructure in operational environments.
• Demonstrated ability to provide leadership and coordination across facilities, computer operations, and site infrastructure functions.

In compliance with Colorado pay transparency laws, the estimated salary range for this position is $120,000–$185,000 annually. Please note that the salary information provided is a general guideline only. Delta Solutions & Strategies considers factors such as (but not limited to) the scope and responsibilities of the position, the candidate’s work experience, education and training, key skills, internal peer equity, market conditions, and business considerations when extending an offer. For highly qualified candidates, compensation may exceed the stated range.
