Ihre Aufgaben:
• Administration von IT-Infrastrukturen inkl. der Infrastrukturdienste wie Active Directory, DNS und DHCP inkl. Analyse und Fehlerbehebung
• Systemadministration für VMware, Microsoft Exchange, Microsoft SQL, Storage, Veeam Backup und Telekommunikationssysteme
• Planung, Betrieb und Überwachung der Netzwerkinfrastruktur (LAN, WAN, VPN, Firewall)
• Selbständiges Abarbeiten von Anforderungen aus dem Ticketsystem
• Erstellung und Pflege von Systemdokumentationen
• System-Monitoring
• Softwareverteilung
• Eigenständige Planung und Implementierung von IT-Projekten

Ihr Profil:
• Ausbildung als Fachinformatiker oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
• Sehr gute Administrationkenntnisse (Microsoft Windows Server, Microsoft Exchange, Microsoft SQL, VMware, Veeam, LAN, WAN, Firewall, VPN)
• ITIL v3 Foundation Ausbildung wünschenswert, aber kein Muss
• Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Netzwerktechnologien
• Umfassende Erfahrungen in größeren IT-Umgebungen mit den gängigen Windows Server-und Clientsystemen
• Idealerweise erste Erfahrungen mit Linux Serversystemen
• Fähigkeit zur Fehleranalyse bei komplexen Systemstrukturen
• Hohe Serviceorientierung und Freude am Kundenkontakt
• Selbständige, gewissenhafte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise sowie Organisationstalent
• Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
