Wir suchen SIE als Facharbeiter AOI (m/w/d) für unseren Standort in Wemding .

Diese Herausforderungen erwarten Sie:

Programmoptimierung der Inspektionssysteme nach IPC-Vorgaben

Reduzierung der Pseudofehlerrate bei gleichzeitiger Optimierung der Fehlererkennung

Erstellung und Anpassung von Testprogrammen auf Basis von Produkt- und Qualitätsvorgaben

Erstellung statistischer Auswertungen

Erstellung von Prozessfähigkeitsnachweisen

Verbesserung der Taktzeit im Inspektionsprozess

Fehlersuche bei Maschinenstörungen

Wartung und Kalibrierung der Systeme

Teilnahme an QRQC und Stop Scrap

Unterstützung der QS bei Reklamationen

Betreuung beim Aufbau von Musterteilen

Durchführung von AOI-Trainings

Sind Sie bereit dafür?

Technische Ausbildung, vorzugsweise als Elektroniker oder Mechatroniker

Erfahrung im Bereich SMT-Bestückung (Elektronikfertigung)

Eigeninitiative sowie engagierte und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise
