About the role:

The role is ideal for someone who can leverage the company’s content, engagement, and growth strategy on the platform, alongside understanding how to position a brand within a professional audience, build authority, and drive engagement with high‑value industry contacts.
You will be responsible for executing the company’s established playbook to maximise organic reach, build brand authority, and collect a high‑performing acquisition and retention channel, as well as ensuring consistent, high‑quality content, meaningful engagement, and a strong brand presence in the Web3/fintech space.

Responsibilities:

• Platform Growth & Content Management.

Execute the company's web strategy, ensuring content meets platform quality standards and posting frequency (minimum once every 48 hours, maximum once every 24 hours).

• Community Engagement & Outreach.

Build a strong presence in groups by joining hundreds of relevant communities and engaging at least three times per week in each.
Post a minimum of 5 meaningful, value‑driven comments per day on posts from major industry accounts.

• Supporter & Algorithm Maintenance.

Manage supporter engagement cycles to maximise reach while protecting algorithm strength.

• Performance Tracking & Optimisation.

Monitor KPIs such as engagement rate, reach, and referral traffic.

Required Qualifications:

• Strong understanding of professional networking, industry positioning, and thought leadership content.

• Skilled in short‑form video strategy and visual content optimisation.

• Excellent written communication skills and attention to detail.

• Experience in fintech, crypto, or Web3 is a strong plus.
