Facade Planning Engineer

Meraki Group is seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Facade Planning Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the planning and scheduling of facade projects, ensuring that all aspects of design, procurement, and installation align with project timelines and objectives. You will coordinate with various teams to facilitate efficient project execution while optimizing resources and maintaining high-quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed project plans for facade systems, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
• Collaborate with design and engineering teams to ensure that all planning activities align with technical specifications and project goals.
• Monitor project progress and identify potential delays or issues, proposing solutions to keep the project on track.
• Coordinate with procurement to ensure timely acquisition of materials and components required for facade installation.
• Facilitate communication between architects, engineers, and construction teams to ensure seamless project coordination.
• Prepare and present regular progress reports to project stakeholders, highlighting key milestones and potential challenges.
• Implement best practices in project planning and resource management to enhance project efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in project planning or coordination, preferably within the facade or construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of facade design principles and construction practices.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools such as Primavera, Microsoft Project, or similar.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, with a focus on team collaboration.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.
