We’re looking for a Fabrication Shop Worker who enjoys hands-on work and takes pride in building quality products. In this role, you’ll work with shop equipment, read fabrication drawings, and help turn raw materials into finished products.
This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to grow their skills in fabrication and manufacturing while working with a supportive production team.
What You’ll Do
Production & Fabrication
Read and interpret work orders and basic fabrication drawings
Independently and safely operate approved shop equipment
Build crates and properly package finished products
Identify materials, components, and product specifications
Perform basic fabrication and assembly work
Equipment & Operations
Maintain all logs and reporting for equipment operated
Perform material handling (forklift certified)
Learn and apply basic soldering skills
Assist in maintaining efficient production workflows
Complete required production paperwork
Obtain personal standard fabrication and shop tools for your work area
Safety Requirements
Safety is a top priority. Production Workers must:
Attend required safety meetings
Follow common-sense safety practices
Wear all required PPE
Maintain Forklift Certification
Pass Certifications for CPR and OSHA 10 (if offered)
What We’re Looking For
Experience in manufacturing, fabrication, or production environments preferred
Mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
Ability to read work orders and basic shop drawings preferred
Ability to safely operate shop equipment
Strong teamwork and communication skills
Ability to stay organized and complete documentation accurately

Pay: $18 – $23 per hour (based on experience) plus Quarterly Bonuses and Attendance Incentive
