As part of our growth, we are seeking a Business Process Architect for the Global Fab Materials - GFM warehousing team. GFM oversees Procurement and Warehousing Operations supporting Intel's network of world-class semiconductor manufacturing facilities.
The Business Process Architect role leads design teams supporting our warehouse management software transition to SAP S/4 Extended Warehouse Management - EWM. Design teams are comprised of business users, business analysts, Intel IT solutions architects, and are supported by external SAP consultants. The business process scope focuses on inbound receipts, factory fulfillment, factory returns, and outbound shipments. This role is ideal for an individual with a strong desire to drive operational improvements and raise operating standards for warehouses that help Intel's Factories run efficiently.
Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Align with key stakeholders to understand current pain points, core business requirements, and opportunities to drive new value
• Lead the decision-making process within GFM for To-Be business processes
• Collaborate with the design team to translate business process decisions into SAP system configuration designs
• Collaborate with adjacent design teams working on other business functions such as Procurement, Logistics, and Finance
• Collaborate with Business Analysts to maintain a library of business processes
• Support SAP EWM Go-Live and ongoing business process maintenance
Qualifications:
You must possess the minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates. This position is not eligible for Intel's immigration sponsorship.
Minimum Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field; with 6+ years relevant experience
• Experience in business transformation, process improvement, change management, and leading cross-functional teams
Preferred Qualifications:
• 5+ years' experience within ERP transformations
• Experience supporting warehouse operations, including inbound receiving, outbound shipping, inventory control, and order fulfillment
• Process design experience with a strong demonstration of customer-focused process development.
• Semiconductor or other large scale manufacturing industry
• Familiarity with PTP's industry-standard processes and challenges

Annual Salary Range for jobs which could be performed in the US: $107,990.00-214,440.00 USD
The range displayed on this job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Work Model for this Role
