Façade site supervisor

Meraki Group is seeking an experienced and capable Façade Site Supervisor to join our dedicated team. This role is crucial for overseeing the installation of façade systems on-site, ensuring that all work complies with design specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations. You will play a pivotal role in leading teams of workers, managing daily operations, and ensuring successful project delivery.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate all on-site activities related to the installation of façade systems.
• Inspect work-in-progress to ensure compliance with design specifications, quality standards, and safety protocols.
• Lead, mentor, and guide installation teams while promoting a positive and productive work environment.
• Plan and allocate resources effectively to ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Communicate effectively with project managers, subcontractors, and team members to address issues and provide updates on progress.
• Maintain accurate records of daily activities, including work performed, labor hours, and materials used.
• Enforce safety and health regulations on-site, conducting regular safety meetings and audits.

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in supervising site operations, particularly in façade installation.
• Strong understanding of façade systems, construction processes, and safety regulations.
• Excellent leadership and organizational skills.
• Proficient in reading and interpreting construction drawings and specifications.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and troubleshoot issues effectively on-site.
