F&I Secretary - CHN

Central Automotive Group is seeking an F&I Secretary for our Central Houston Nissan and South Houston Nissan dealerships. 

Job Summary:

The F&I Secretary plays a crucial role in the finance and insurance department, providing administrative support and ensuring compliance with regulations.

Supervisory Responsibilities - None

Duties/Responsibilities:

Overseeing budgeting, accounting, and auditing processes.

Assisting with financial planning and compliance.

Tracking spending and financial activities.

 Handling financial records and payroll tasks.

Handling financial records and payroll tasks.

Education and Experience:

College degree or equivalent experience in finance preferred.

Customer service experience preferred.

Previous experience in finance at a dealership preferred.

Physical Requirements:

Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.

Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
