At Anantara Grand Hotel Krasnapolsky Amsterdam, we’re looking for a friendly and professional F&B Host(ess) to welcome guests and guide them through their culinary journey — from breakfast in the Wintergarden to elegant dinners in Grand Café Krasnapolsky.

Your role in the journey

As F&B Host(ess), you are the first impression of our restaurants. You welcome guests with warmth and professionalism, manage reservations, and ensure a smooth seating process. You’ll support breakfast, lunch and dinner service, assist with mise-en-place, and occasionally help with meetings & events.

Your responsibilities include:

• Welcoming guests with a smile and guiding them to their table.
• Managing guest flow and maintaining a calm, organized atmosphere.
• Supporting the team in preparing and setting up service.
• Ensuring every guest leaves with a smile and a memorable experience.

What you’ll bring

• Motivation to create exceptional guest experiences.
• A hands-on mentality and ability to stay calm under pressure.
• Fluency in Dutch and English.
• At least one year of relevant experience in F&B or hospitality.
