F&B Attendant- Moxy Copenhagen Sydhavnen

This is a parttime position

We are looking for an F&B crew member who loves to work in the bar, but also enjoys preparing easy meals and breakfast in the kitchen. This role is perfect for a proactive problem solver and team player, who builds a fun and relaxed environment that makes guests feel at home.

Taking care of guests from an F&B perspective is your passion. You bring that smile to the face of our guests no matter if you work in front of them or in the back of house. You are constantly looking for innovations and ways to improve our product. Besides that you breath hospitality and you bring positive energy to the team!

What you 'll do:

Serve drinks as a real bartender/barista while keeping the bar clean

Create an amazing time for every guest by having a chat and keeping the bar stocked

Loves cocktails and knows how to make at least the basic ones

Keep your focus on the F&B area while answering or passing along every question of each guest

preparing food in the kitchen and cleaning the dishes so that everything is ready for the next guest

Follow Marriott standards while setting up breakfast, lunch or dinner

Help with cleaning and inventory, address stock that needs to ordered and minimize waste

Help out your team where needed in every department

Follow food, alcohol licensing, security and health and safety policies

Promote the Marriott brand and bring it to life!

Behaviours and experiences for success:

You worked in a restaurant or bar or hotel before

You can speak and read English and preferably Danish

You have high energy, and a can-do- attitude 

You thrive on meeting guests, chatting to them, and making connections

A skilled multitasker who can balance hard work with great service

You’re a team player, supporting and helping your teammates, contributing to making the hotel a great place
