The F&B Attendant is responsible for delivering exceptional food and beverage service to guests in a courteous, timely, and professional manner. This role supports the efficient operation of Restaurants, ensuring guest satisfaction and compliance with hygiene and Pullman service standards.

Guest Service:

• Greet guests warmly and assist with seating where necessary.
• Present menus, explain specials, and make recommendations when appropriate.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS system.
• Serve food and beverages in accordance with established service standards.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and respond promptly to requests or concerns.
• Handle billing and payment transactions efficiently and accurately.

Operational Duties:

• Set up, clean, and maintain dining areas, including tables, chairs, linens, and utensils.
• Refill condiments, restock supplies, and ensure stations are well-prepared for service.
• Assist in opening and closing duties as per the checklist or instructions.
• Follow sequence of service, hygiene, and safety standards at all times.

Team Support:

• Work collaboratively with kitchen staff, bartenders, and fellow attendants.
• Communicate special guest requests, allergies, or dietary needs to relevant teams.

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
• Previous experience in food and beverage or hospitality is an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of food and beverage service standards.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
