We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused F&B Ambassador to join our organization in Udaipur, India. As an F&B Ambassador, you will serve as the face of our brand, representing our food and beverage offerings with professionalism and passion. You will engage with customers, build meaningful relationships, and create memorable experiences that reflect our organization's commitment to excellence. This role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where your interpersonal skills and genuine enthusiasm will directly impact customer satisfaction and brand loyalty.

• Represent the organization's food and beverage products and services at various events, venues, and promotional activities
• Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, answering questions and providing product information
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, hospitality partners, and community members
• Promote products through tastings, demonstrations, and interactive experiences
• Gather customer feedback and insights, reporting findings to management
• Support sales initiatives by identifying opportunities and facilitating connections between customers and sales teams
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of product offerings, ingredients, and brand values
