Company:

Boeing Test and Evaluation (BT&E) is seeking a Senior F-15 Experimental Test Pilot to join their team to support the Chief Pilot and F-15 programs in Berkeley, MO.
Position Responsibilities:
• Experimental Test Pilot and Subject Matter Expert for the Advanced F-15 platform
• Develops and coordinates flight test activities and requirements, experimental test plans, procedures and techniques to achieve platform objectives
• Evaluates data and provides recommendations regarding techniques, systems operations, and design improvements based on operational considerations
• Prepares flight test reports on aircraft engineering and both experimental and operational problems and deficiencies
• Writes technical reports and flight reports to provide input for developing and modifying flight manuals and related documents
• Collaborates on marketing, evaluation, and demonstration activities for customers; conducts familiarization, demonstration, and training flights
• Assures flight activities comply with regulatory standards and company policies and procedures
• Works with government representatives and aircraft operational customers to resolve issues
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
• Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology (including Manufacturing Technology), Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry or non-US equivalent qualifications directly related to the work statement
• 3+ years of experience as a Fighter Test Pilot
• 5+ years of experience in military tactical aviation
• Commercial Pilot Certificate or FAA ATP with appropriate endorsements
• Current FAA Class II medical certificate or must have the ability to obtain one
• Ability to pass the U.S. Navy and/or U.S. Air Force water survival and physiology training
• Graduate from an internationally recognized Test Pilot School long Course (e.g. USAF TPS, USN TPS, NTPS, etc…)
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
• 5+ years of experience as a Fighter Test Pilot
• 1000+ hours in the F-15
• FLTS DO or CC experience or equivalent.
• Current and qualified as an Instructor in the F-15C/E, F-15SA, F-15QA, or F-15EX

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
Summary pay range: $262,650 - $355,350.
