Your contribution to something big:
• Dive into User & Customer Research: Actively support the preparation, execution, and analysis of user and customer experience studies;
• Influence Product Development: Help translate research findings into actionable recommendations for our product development and portfolio planning teams;
• Explore Market Trends: Assist with use case and market research to identify emerging trends and opportunities;
• Support Strategic Planning: Get into our annual business planning processes, including assisting with product hierarchies and understanding phase-in/phase-out strategies;
• Contribute to Our Roadmap: Support key initiatives related to our project priorities and roadmap adaptations, learning how strategic decisions are made and implemented.
What distinguishes you: 
• Currently pursuing or holding a Master's degree in Engineering, Economics, Industrial Engineering, Management, or a related fields;
• Fluent English skills (written and spoken) are essential for effective communication in our international teams;
• Initial exposure to UX principles or methodologies (e.g., through personal projects or previous internships) is a plus;
• Strong IT proficiency, particularly with MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), is required.
• An understanding or interest in sustainable technologies, especially heat pumps or renewable energy systems, would be a plus.
Duration: 12 months
