Extracurricular Internship: Software Tester for Room Controls (f/m/div.)

Your contribution to something big:

• Participate in test strategy definition and test alignments within the project team;
• Support the inter-disciplinary team to continuously improve the SW development processes and methods special focus on automatic test execution;
• Create test plans and provide test discussions within project team.
• Create test cases to validate software requirements and/or mitigate risks identified by the project team;
• Execute test cases and create test reports based on previous test cases to give feedback to the stakeholders about the quality of the software.

What distinguishes you: 

• Studies in Electrical Engineering/ Computer Engineering or similar;
• Knowledge in SW testing tools (ex: Robot Framework, Selenium, Postman, Pytest);
• Knowledge of embedded software development with C/C++;
• Embedded microcontrollers and common peripherals knowledge;
• Knowledge in firmware test functions, developing test automation tools;
• Familiarity with the AGILE development methodology is a plus;
• Ability to work in an international team environment;
• Willingness to work on an industrial environment;
• Good communication skills (in Portuguese and English);
• Pro-active, dynamic and responsible attitude.
