Extracurricular Internship - Communication & PMO (f/m/div.)

Your contribution to something big: 

• Support global PMO activities by coordinating meetings, events, and collaboration across international project teams;
• Maintain and continuously improve documentation and knowledge‑management systems (SharePoint, Confluence, MS Teams);
• Create communication and enablement materials such as presentations, meeting minutes, quick guides, FAQs, and community posts;
• Produce training and marketing videos using tools like Synthesia and HeyGen and coordinate related communication actions;
• Engage with stakeholders to support change management, communications, and overall project enablement activities;
• Contribute to ad‑hoc tasks within the PMO and communication environment.

What distinguishes you:

 

• Education: Degree in Marketing, Communications, Social Sciences, Business Administration, or a comparable field.
• Experience: Experience working in project management environments, communication functions, or digital content creation roles is an advantage.
• Know‑how:• High proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel, OneNote, etc.);
• Confidence working with digital collaboration platforms such as SharePoint, Confluence, and MS Teams;
• Strong communication, content creation, and marketing skills — both written and visual.

• Languages: Very good verbal and written English skills (German is a plus).
• Working Style & Methods:• Proactive and structured with strong organizational and time‑management abilities;
• Able to prioritize tasks and work independently in a dynamic environment;
• Customer‑oriented mindset and comfortable working in a global, diverse team setup.

• Personality:• Team‑player who enjoys working with multidisciplinary and multicultural teams — both on‑site and virtual;
• Flexible and resilient, with a willingness to adapt to evolving project needs.
