Your contribution to something big:
• Design and improve the team's presence across internal platforms;
• Video production and post-production (editing & effects);
• Support conceptualization and execution of internal team-building measures/events;
• Draft and align external communications related to our OneCRM projects; 
• Design and align marketing materials for our OneCRM team (e.g., posters, flyers, stickers, merch);
• Prepare and follow up on internal team meetings – support the team by organizing agendas, preparing materials, documenting key points and tracking action items. 
What distinguishes you: 
• Academic Degree in Change & Communication Management, Information Systems, Multimedia, or a related field;
• Experience with Adobe Premiere Pro; basic knowledge of Adobe After Effects and Microsoft 365;
• Strong interest in change management, internal communication, digital transformation, and team collaboration;
• Very good command of English, both spoken and written; 
• Creative, proactive mindset with a strong sense of aesthetics and attention to detail, combined with strong organisational skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to work independently 
Duration: 12 months
