Job Description

Ibis Styles Bezons Paris La Défense, un établissement récemment ouvert en Avril de 2024, avec 117 chambres,  un bar, et salle petit déjeuner de 100 places et notre restaurant  Maison Maulny à Bezons.

En tant que réceptionniste suppléant(e), vous serez chargé(e) des tâches principales suivantes :

• Assurer un service d'accueil professionnel à la réception pendant les horaires qui vous sont attribués (postes du matin, du soir et de nuit, selon les besoins)
• Accueillir et orienter les visiteurs et les clients avec professionnalisme et courtoisie
• Répondre aux appels téléphoniques et les gérer
• Tenir à jour des registres et des documents précis, selon les besoins
• Soutenir l'équipe d'accueil afin d'offrir un service constant et de haute qualité
• Respecter toutes les exigences en matière d'horaires et d'affectation des quarts de travail
• Accomplir toute autre tâche liée à l'accueil qui vous sera confiée par la direction
