External Partners Liaison

We are looking for an External Partners Liaison to manage the relationship with External Partners (DCAs and/or Legal Firms) & ensure smooth day-to-day run of business, actively facilitating monthly target achievement.

The role will be responsible for:

• Ensuring achievement of both quantitative and qualitative KPIs;
• Overseeing timely completion of day-to-day productivity tasks;
• Aligning productivity KPIs with team actions and outcomes;
• Ensuring portfolios are managed effectively across all accounts;
• Ensuring partners strictly adhere to directives and escalate matters to HQ when required;
• Ensuring accuracy and integrity of MIS reports received from external agencies;
• Monitoring, managing, and resolving complaint-related issues in a timely manner;
• Ensuring that all activities and duties are carried out in full compliance with regulatory requirements and supporting the continued implementation of the Group Anti-Bribery and Corruption Policy.

Requirements:
• Min 2 years relevant professional experience;
• Customer and Results orientation;
• Problem solving and negotiation skills;
• Organizational and project management skills;
• Comfortable working in a high pressure environments and on an agile delivery plan;
• Fluency in English and strong communication skills, both verbal and written;
• Degree in Business Administration or other relevant field.
