Job Duties:   
• Prepare and execute budgets, develop cost estimates, and approve purchases for projects 
• Manage internal scheduled projects, prioritize work assignments, and ensure timely completion 
• Gather capital expenditures lists and develop scopes of work to update existing assets 
• Ensure compliance with OSHA and EPA regulations and guidelines 
• Control costs through price comparisons and warranty claims 
• Complete and submit required documentation and reports 
• Lead and evaluate the performance of third-party providers 
• Troubleshoot and provide exceptional customer service 
• Evaluate landscaping needs and implement sustainable upgrades 
• Identify opportunities for improvement and cost savings 
Minimum Qualifications:   
• Minimum age of 21 years 
• Valid state-issued driver's license 
• Ability to read and communicate effectively in English 
• Clean driving record with no DUI/DWI convictions or reckless driving incidents involving alcohol or drugs within the last 3 years 
• No more than 2 moving violations in the last 3 years if operating a commercial motor vehicle 
• No serious traffic violations or preventable accidents in the last 3 years if operating a commercial motor vehicle 
• Ability to successfully complete a DOT physical and secure medical certification
