Join Our Team as an EIFS Plasterer
We are currently seeking skilled EIFS Plasterers to join our team. This role is ideal for professionals who take pride in their craft and thrive in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment.

What You’ll Be Doing
Assist in the assembly and disassembly of scaffolding and safety components.
Install EIFS system components including Air barriers, foam insulation, base coats, mesh, flashings and finish coats
Prepare substrate for EIFS application
Apply air barriers, flashings and opening weather proofing
Apply adhesive, mechanical fasteners, and base coat to secure insulation boards
Rasping of insulation, decorative and architectural bands, mouldings and trims
Embed mesh and smooth out base coat to ensure a flat, even surface
Apply decorative and protective finish coats to match project specifications
Repair, patch, or replace existing EIFS as needed
Maintain clean and safe work areas throughout project sites
Work Environment
Work is performed on-site at various locations throughout the maritime provinces
Conditions include working at heights, outdoors, and sometimes in cold or refrigerated environments
Requirements
Experience:
3 to 5 years of experience in EIFS, stucco, or plastering trades
Certifications:
WHMIS Certificate (required)
Physical Capabilities:
Lift up to 75lbs
Frequent, bending, kneeling, crouching, and prolonged standing
Strong manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination
comfortable working under pressure and with tight deadlines
Tools/Equipment:
Must bring own hard hat and steel-toed safety boots
