Looking for a fun, rewarding summer job where you can work with kids, be part of a supportive team, and bring smiles to faces every day? Join us as an Extended Time Camp Counselor and help create a safe, happy, and engaging environment for children before and after camp each day!
Season: May – August
Schedule: Monday–Friday
Morning Shift: 6:15 AM – 8:45 AM
Afternoon Shift: 3:00 PM – 6:15 PM
This role is perfect for students or anyone looking to gain hands-on experience working with children while keeping evenings and weekends mostly free!
💛 What You’ll Do
As an Extended Time Camp Counselor, you’ll work closely with the Site Supervisor to help deliver fun, structured programming that supports children’s growth and well-being. You’ll:
Welcome campers and help them transition smoothly into activities
Jump in and actively participate in games, crafts, and group activities
Help set up, organize, and clean up supplies and activity spaces
Assist with snack preparation and clean-up
Help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment
Keep safety a top priority and assist with incident documentation if needed
Communicate positively with parents and staff
Help with basic site safety checks
🌟 Who We’re Looking For
We’re looking for caring, dependable, and energetic team players who enjoy working with children and bringing positive energy to each day.
Qualifications:
At least 15 years old with a valid work permit
Experience working with children is a plus (but not required!)
CPR/AED certification preferred or willing to obtain within 30 days of hire

This role is active and hands-on! You should be comfortable:
Being on your feet, moving, lifting, and assisting participants as needed
