As part of our commitment to excellence, we are opening expressions of interest (EOI) for Shift/Bridge Supervisors who are passionate about working in a challenging and rewarding environment.
This position is a central focal point for all subsea intervention projects (Both onshore & offshore) operations conducted from the vessel during shift periods.
As Shift Supervisor you will act as a Role Model for the teams, promote the DOF Subsea values and brand. You will maintain a close operational communication with the Offshore & Diving Manager, ROV Supervisor, Marine Crew, as well as onboard Client Representatives, approved sub-contractors and suppliers

Requirements:
• Diving, ROV or Rigging Supervisor qualification relevant and/or Engineering, Technical or Trade Background relevant
• 5-10 years of relevant subsea operational experience
• Comprehensive knowledge of offshore construction & maintenance techniques/procedures including Air Diving, Saturation Diving, ROV operation procedures, on offshore barges & vessels
• Good written & oral communication skills
• IT/Computer literate
• Strong understanding of safety regulations and compliance standards.
• Good problem solving & decision-making ability
