• Lead the end-to-end construction process for data center projects (greenfield and brownfield).
• Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
• Ensure compliance with local building codes, international standards, and client specifications.
• Coordinate with internal teams (Design, Procurement, Operations, Security, IT/Network) and external vendors.
• Manage contractors, commissioning agents, and specialty subcontractors.
• Conduct regular project meetings and provide clear communication to stakeholders.
• Drive a “Safety First” culture on-site; enforce health and safety protocols.
• Implement QA/QC processes and monitor adherence to design and construction standards.
• Perform inspections and audits to ensure quality and compliance.
• Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Manage change orders, cost forecasts, and contract administration.
• Oversee commissioning activities to validate system performance.
• Ensure smooth handover to operations team with complete documentation.

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in construction management, with at least 3 years in data center or mission-critical projects.
• Strong knowledge of MEP systems, power distribution, cooling systems, and network infrastructure.
