What will you do?

• Mapping and analyzing business needs and processes to support the development of digital products and data-driven solutions.

• Creating specifications for IT development projects, especially for digital platforms and data-centric features (e.g. user stories, use cases).

• Acting as a liaison between business stakeholders and development teams to align requirements and expectations.

• Defining KPIs, metrics, and reporting needs to enable performance monitoring and continuous optimization of digital products/solutions.

What we are looking for?

• Experience in an IT Business Analyst role, ideally with exposure to data-driven projects or digital product development.

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills – capable of translating business needs into technical requirements and bridging the gap between business and IT.

• Solid understanding of data concepts – familiarity with BI tools, reporting needs, and data platform fundamentals.

• Experience working in agile environments (Scrum, Kanban), collaborating with cross-functional teams including developers, data engineers, and product managers.

• Knowledge of modeling techniques (UML, BPMN) is an advantage.

• Fluency in Hungarian and at least intermediate English proficiency, both written and spoken.

 

Nice to have:

• Experience in supporting the end-to-end implementation of digital products and services — from initial concept through to go-live.

• Understand and support the operation of data-driven solutions, including Business Intelligence (BI) tools, Data Warehouses (DWH), and AI-powered systems.
